Positive: The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. everything necessary for cooking was in the kitchen. There is a market nearby with fresh fruits and vegetables and supermarkets where you can easily buy food. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough closet space for our things. There is a balcony where you can enjoy coffee and even chairs that you can take with you to the beach. We swam in the sea every morning as it is very close. Four people would be very comfortable in this apartment. We would like to come back here again.
Negative: Sand constantly appeared in the apartment, but this is not the fault of the hostess, it is something that you have to put up with, because there are sandy beaches.

Traveling to Rome by train was convenient (20min to Vatican), allowing us to explore the city's wonders easily before returning to relax by the sea. Our landlords were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations, being spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt like stepping into a home away from home, with every detail carefully considered for our comfort. From the modern amenities to the thoughtful touches, our hosts ensured our stay was not only comfortable but also truly enjoyable.

Positive: We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and the host Carla made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with a coffee machine, full dining and cooking set (pots and pans), and a dishwasher. The bathroom was also not missing anything, with towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, and all essential toiletries. The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning kept it a comfortable temperature. Carla showed us how easily accessible the centre of Rome is. Vatican City was unbelievably close and easy to get to, we took a direct 20 minute train from Ladispoli station to Saint Peter’s Basilica (Roma S. Pietro). From there we were able to spend beautiful full days in the centre of Rome, and still easily return to Ladispoli in the evening to have a good pizza and a walk on the beach (the beach is right in front of the entrance).
Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.
Summary: We recommend Casetta Seaside for anyone looking for a perfect combination of beach and city holiday!

Negative: The sea view is rather lateral, but you can see that from the photos.
